SunCatcher.Scot – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SunCatcher.Scot. We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (such as your order confirmation email).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Digital downloads or gift cards (if applicable)

To start a return, please email us at info@SunCatcher.Scot with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packing our products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@SunCatcher.Scot within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the issue.

Exchanges

Need a different colour, size, or design? Please contact us at info@SunCatcher.Scot to arrange an exchange. Return shipping costs will apply unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
