Thank you for shopping with SunCatcher.Scot. We aim to deliver your order safely, swiftly, and sustainably. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your sun-catching treasures.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom (UK) – all regions
European Union (EU) – selected countries
International – including USA, Canada, Australia, and others

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at info@SunCatcher.Scot and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We care deeply about the planet. All orders are shipped in plastic-free, recyclable, or compostable packaging wherever possible. We reuse materials when safe and clean to do so. If your parcel looks a bit “recycled,” that’s a good thing – it means we’re reducing waste.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We aim to keep our rates fair and transparent.

We offer free UK shipping on all orders!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer – this will be noted on the product page.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Shipping delays due to customs, strikes, or weather are beyond our control.

Tracking

All shipping options include tracking. If available, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply. SunCatcher.Scot is not liable for delays due to customs.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional postage charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@SunCatcher.Scot within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue.
